When you send us an email the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Google Workspace who provide us their Email Servers to store and manage data about our customers via emails. We consider Google Workspace to be a third party data processor (see section 8 below).
Your email address, your name, your phone number, your Address, zip code, and location will remain within our database. The data will remain on these systems until you specifically request removal. If you need to delete, update or download your personal information which is hosted in our database, or at Google Workspace please send us an email or you can do that by requesting an update or downloading your personal data at this page.
3.5 Email newsletter
If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address and the name you submit in the form on the web page will be forwarded to ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign is the provider of our email and newsletter services. We consider ActiveCampaign to be a third party data processor (see section 6 below).
Your email address and name will remain within ActiveCampaign’s database for as long as we continue to use ActiveCampaign’s services or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you, or by requesting removal by sending us an email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.
If you are under 13 years of age, you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter.
While your email address remains within the ActiveCampaign database, you will receive periodic newsletter-style emails from us.
